below is a copy of our sales contract as required by the AKC
we DO guarantee each and every puppy free of known genetic defect
(which would cause death to your pet)
at the time it leaves us, however, please contact your vet within
the period of time to verify the puppy is in good health and validate your contract..
we do not pay for vet bills incurred after the puppy leaves us..
and reserve the right to have our vet involved with any problems to determine a course of action.
IF YOU PURCHASE A PUPPY WITH FULL AKC REGISTRATION THE PARAGRAPH ABOUT BEING RESTRICTED WILL BE REMOVED, BUT WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED TO BREED, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED ON PAPERWORK, there is no way to tell IF a puppy can breed when it is a baby, but will not be restricted with AKC..very few puppies are unable to breed....PLEASE LET US KNOW YOUR INTENTIONS SO WE CAN GET THE BEST POSSIBLE FIT FOR YOU AND OUR PUPPY.
because we are coming into the busy time of the year...this is a reminder that a deposit is to hold a
said puppy or dog, and that puppy will be taken off of the market and reserved for you, DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, so please choose your puppy or adult carefully, as it will be removed from the marketplace and reserved for you...please contact us if you have a concern before purchasing your new baby...(i.e. landlord, moving, parents or spouse problems) especially contact us if you want to breed the puppy so we can give you our honest opinion and inform our vet to do a more intense examination...,
* if a puppy is returned to us for any reason, it will have to be examined by our vet and will be quarantined for 10 days before being returned to our facility... we have no way of knowing what it has been exposed to and can not risk the health of others too young to be vaccinated or the unborn ones.or their mothers, this expense will be deducted from the total refunded to you (if this were ever to occur) ..shipping is non refundable as is the charges we incur to get them to you, and you will be responsible for getting it back to us in the same condition that it was sent to you
